What is your hometown?
Grew up in Caldwell County – went to high school in Luling, graduated 1979 with honors – family ranch in the hill country – most family gatherings were at the homestead (7th generation Texan)

What is your favorite thing about Austin?
Growing up in a small community, I love all the amenities and activities in and around the city - sports, theater, music, restaurants, shopping and access to the lakes…

Tell us about your family…
17 years ago married John Pivoda on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman - blended family - two daughters, Lindsey 25 and Bethany 23, both graduated from Westlake, a step daughter Lori 25 and a step son Brandon 29.  We travel as a couple and a family several times a year.  We love the Carribean and Mexico!

How long have you been in the title or real estate related business?
25 years ago my real estate career began - worked for an attorney in Caldwell County, moved to Austin, worked for several title companies as well as closed loans for the Texas Methodist Foundation.
