Escrow Officer
We are looking for an Experienced Escrow Officer to join our DFW team.

Must have relevant Title and Escrow business relevant experience to be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a liaison between all parties within the Title & Settlement process. (home buyer, builder, lender, agent, HOA, etc.). Handle all aspects of settlement transactions. Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, prorations, and percentages. Have an understanding of the title documents (commitments and policies), loan documents, and contracts/purchase agreements.

Schedule closings, stay on task with due dates and in constant communication with the appropriate parties. Complete closing transaction by assembling documents, reviewing documents with parties, explaining provisions and procedures, answering questions, checking documents for completeness and accuracy, and obtaining signatures. Facilitate transaction funding. Review escrow accounting reports and resolve any outstanding check or open file balance issues.

Comply with regulatory requirements by enforcing adherence to the applicable requirements. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks (book of business), and participating in professional organizations.
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

REQUIREMENTS: Proactive, problem solver, team player, high attention to detail and high-level customer service skills.

Open new orders; send out title commitment packages to all parties, order surveys, HOAs, payoffs and home warranties. Notify closers once BTDs and survey reviews are complete. Manage communication with all parties involved on transactions.

Assist with guaranty file accounting as needed, such as stop pays, file transfers, file balancing, etc.

Post-closing: Coordinate with the lender for funding approval. Set up outgoing wires in the file, and coordinate with wire department for final approval and release. Disburse checks. Record documents and scan in loan package and final documents for policy. Prepare closed files to go to policy department.

Position Overview
We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Executive to join our elite DFW team.
Sales Executives are skilled in obtaining leads and closings, and are responsible for generating new revenue through the sales of the company’s services. In addition to possessing excellent customer service skills, the Sales Executive works directly with executives and key personnel to identify, strategize, prioritize, and pursue new and existing opportunities. Escrow Assistant

We are currently looking for an Escrow Assistant to join our DFW team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open new orders; send out title commitment packages to all parties, order surveys, HOAs, payoffs and home warranties. Notify closers once BTDs and survey reviews are complete. Manage communication with all parties involved on transactions.

Assist with guaranty file accounting as needed, such as stop pays, file transfers, file balancing, etc.

Post-closing: Coordinate with the lender for funding approval. Set up outgoing wires in the file, and coordinate with wire department for final approval and release. Disburse checks. Record documents and scan in loan package and final documents for policy. Prepare closed files to go to policy department.

RELATED FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, prorations, and percentages.

Have an understanding of the title documents (commitments and policies), loan documents, and contracts/purchase agreements.

Schedule closings, stay on task with due dates and in constant communication with the appropriate parties. Complete closing transaction by assembling documents, reviewing documents with parties, explaining provisions and procedures, answering questions, checking documents for completeness and accuracy, and obtaining signatures. Facilitate transaction funding. Review escrow accounting reports and resolve any outstanding check or open file balance issues.
