Trinity Title of Texas opened its doors in November of 2005. It has focused its business on residential real estate transactions but also closes commercial and acreage deals.
Initially, Trinity was licensed in Travis, Hays and Williamson Counties. Most recently, Trinity expanded its operations into the greater San Antonio area.
Trinity is backed by three of the largest and most well respected underwriters in the industry: Old Republic National Title Company, First American Title Company and Lawyers Title Company. Trinity’s relationships with these underwriters gives it the flexibility to find solutions to complex title and escrow issues. Additionally, lenders are comfortable with the reputation and financial stability of these underwriters. Trinity is proud to be an agent of these underwriters and has developed a mutually beneficial rapport with them. These releationships ensure that Trinity has the resources to do what it takes to close deals quickly and accurately.
