The following Title Insurance Premium Rates are based on the sale
price of the property and are set by the Department of Insurance for
the State of Texas. Additional premium costs may be charged in conjunction with a
lender transaction. Please be sure to enter an
amount of at least $10,000. This is the minimum amount that a
policy will be issued according to the Texas Department of Insurance.
